I was suffering from a traumatic foot injury which I ended up in the ER at Cleveland Clinic Mercy. I was admitted into the hospital by the ER doctor. He then consulted with Dr. Mastrocco, who then attended to me. I was suffering from a severe hematoma which he operated on to drain and relieve the pain i was experiencing. He had me follow up with him in his office the following week to check my the healing process and re-wrap it. I am very pleased with his professionalism, attention and compassion, and would recommend him to anyone requiring foot care.

My wife and i are both very pleased with the entire staff at Mastracco Foot and ankle. We always have good conversation and great service.

Although he couldn’t relieve my foot leg nerve issues, he sure made a good recommendation to a EMG test. He did a follow up after my test and explained things very thoroughly. If my Plantar Fasciitis flares up again or any other foot ankle problems, I definitely know where I’m going.

Dr. MASTRACCO and his great staff treated me like family. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room for more than 2 or 3 minutes after I finished my new patient paperwork. I was in the treatment room not 5 minutes when Dr. M came in, diagnosed the issue and treated it in less than half an hour. I walked out not limping and with a smile on my face!

This is a very nice place. Everybody in the office is really nice. Everybody makes you feel at ease. The doctor is really wonderful. He takes time with you. Does not rush you in and out. Everybody does a wonderful job. I recommend this office highly.

Nurse was impatient with elderly mother filling out first time patient forms. We arrived in plenty of time and had the forms filled out before the scheduled appointment time. Nurse was the abrasive and I not compassionate that my mom had tennis shoes on double-knotted and had to take extra time to untie. The scheduling and office staff was very pleasant and professional.

I absolutely love Dr. Mastracco and his staff! I came in because my chiropractor recommended Customer orthotics, and while talking with Dr. Mastracco, he was also able to help me with an issue I was having with my toenails. He gave me several options and allowed me to pick the one that was best for me. Professional, friendly and inviting, and I couldn’t say great things about this practice!

My first time to a podiatrist (I'm 73) and probably should have gone in years ago! My problem was relatively minor but Dr. Mastrscco provided a thorough exam, listened carefully, took some X-rays, and then his diagnosis. I was very impressed (I'm an RN and not easily impressed) with the entire visit. He also is a very good teacher, which is high on my list. I was referred by my PCM Dr. Tamburro - and if he recommends someone, they are going to be good!

I have had hammertoes for years and was told by my other doctor that only the invasive surgery that takes at least 6 weeks to recover from would work for me. I had asked about a simple procedure for the problem and he said he wouldn't do it. When I went to Dr. Mastracco, he suggested the simple surgery, I had one toe done and went back for three more! I am so relieved because the hammertoes were becoming more and more painful. Dr. Mastracco is personable, knowledgeable, and can assess the situation and act accordingly His office staff are fantastic also!

Reception was friendly and accommodating, even though they didn’t have a record of my appointment. I offered to (re)schedule, but was told they could see me right away. Great, I get my toe nails trimmed and a foot exam

I had seen three other podiatrist before I saw Dr. Masrracco. He was the first to order x-rays and an MRI to define my problem. After he saw the problem he sent me to physical therapy which was a godsend. I am now back to walking normally and able to do my daily chores with no problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

As a new patient I had no expectations. The initial paperwork process is lengthy but necessary. The wait time was minimal. A nurse took vitals and the doctor arrived shortly after. Dr Mastracco asked many questions, examed my feet and we set-up a plan for periodic visits. His staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I went in to see Dr Mastracco for my hammer toe problem, he explained in detail how he would be able to fix my 4 toes. Before I had surgery I wasn’t able to walk without pain. The recovery time wasn’t bad at all and I am happy that my toes are straight again and not curled. I would definitely recommend Dr Mastracco for any foot problems you might have. Also his staff is wonderful to work with, any questions you have give them a call!

I was referred to Dr. Mastracco by a nurse friend. He was the fourth podiatrist I had been to. He was the first to order testing to define the problem. After a definitive diagnosis he ordered physical therapy which to the state has helped tremendously. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

I was referred to Dr Mastracco by a nurse at my Dr’s office down the street. She had arthritis in her big toe and loved him he took care of her so he was my first choice with dealing with my ingrown toenails on my two big toes. I have suffered much discomfort over the years with this issue. Dr Mastracco is very gentle and makes you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to have 2 surgeries because the issues couldn't be resolved. I just had my 2nd surgery 3 weeks ago. He had been very attentive and caring. Eileen and Patty are also very kind!
